Ferrari 599XX смогл преодолеть Нордшляйфе за 6 минут 58,16 секунды — почти на 13 секунд быстрее немецкого суперкара Gumpert Apollo, который пытался установить собственный рекорд в прошлом году. Отметим, что в настоящее время лидером среди серийных автомобилей считается Radical SR8, проехавший «Северную петлю» за 6 минут 48 секунд.
