Смертность в ДТП в России снизилась за I квартал на 19%
За первые три месяца 2010 года в Российской Федерации произошло 33 012 крупных дорожно-транспортных происшествий, что на 5,7% меньше, чем в I квартале 2009 года. Как сообщает пресс-центр ДОБДД МВД РФ, за истекший период в ДТП погиб 3851 человек (на 19,2% меньше), а 41 507 (-5,1%) человек получили ранения.
В ГИБДД отметили резкое снижение количества аварий, произошедших по вине пьяного водителя: их было зафиксировано всего 1082 — на 25,5% меньше, чем годом ранее. Смертность в таких ДТП уменьшилась на 45,4%, а количество раненых — на 25,3%.
Также за указанный период произошло 2999 ДТП с участием детей, в которых 119 детей погибли, а 3089 получили ранения. Количество таких аварий выросло за год на 1,2%, но при этом число погибших сократилось на 21,2%.
