КамАЗ и Daimler планируют организовать производство мостов для грузовых автомобилей, инвестиции в строительство составят около 300 млн евро. Об этом сообщил сегодня директор КамАЗа Сергей Когогин, отметив, что стороны обсудили технические вопросы. По его словам, инвестиции с максимальной локализацией, включая литейное производство, составят около 300 млн евро. С. Когогин отметил, что до конца года будет принято решение о форме предприятия, сейчас рассматривается схема СП с долями 50 на 50. Планируется, что новое предприятие будет производить 120-150 тыс. автомобильных мостов в год.
Напомним, 12 марта 2010 года Daimler завершил сделку по увеличению доли в ОАО «КамАЗ» с 10% до 11%. Ранее, 12 декабря 2008 года, Daimler, ГК «Ростехнологии», «Тройка Диалог» и ОАО «КамАЗ» подписали соглашение о стратегическом партнерстве. В соответствии с документом, Daimler приобрел 10% акций КамАЗа. За данный пакет немецкий концерн заплатил 250 млн долларов, еще 50 млн долларов будут получены до 2012 года в случае успешной работы КамАЗа.
