На Пекинском автосалоне, открывающемся 25 апреля текущего года, компания Geely выставит 54 автомобиля, включая несколько мировых премьер и концепт-каров. Среди экспериментальных новинок — большой пикап EP9, серийная версия которого готовится к производству, а также два семиместных минивэна и несколько внедорожников.
Прототип модели EX7, к примеру, был представлен еще в 2009 году, а серийная модель появится в 2011-м. Новинка обладает габаритной длиной около 4,6 метра (сравнимо с моделями гольф-класса) и напоминает Toyota RAV4 и Subaru Forester одновременно.
Еще одна внедорожная новинка — спортивный кроссовер EX8, который получит 2,4-литровый бензиновый мотор, семиместный салон, а его длина составит 4,8 метра. Кроме того, такую модель планируется выпускать как в моно-, так и в полноприводном варианте.
Самый большой перспективный внедорожник Geely — EX9, в длину превышает пять метров и оснащается только полноприводной трансмиссией. Его потенциальные конкуренты — Toyota Land Criuser 200, новый Nissan Patrol и Infiniti QX56.
