Женевский автосалон: Citroen представил заряженный хэтчбек DS3 Racing
Компания Citroen привезла на Женевский автосалон конкурента MINI John Cooper Works в лице «горячего» хэтчбека DS3 Racing.
Citroen DS3 Racing значительно отличается от своей стандартной модели DS3 как внешне, так и изнутри. И дело не только в уникальном обвесе и отделке салона с гармоничным сочетанием оранжевых элементов, а в новых возможностях двигателя DS3 Racing.
Под капотом Citroen DS3 Racing расположился 1,6-литровый силовой агрегат, который стандартно развивал 156 л.с., получил новую систему выхлопа, прошивку блока управления двигателем, а также модификацию турбины, после чего начал производить 200 лошадиных сил мощности.
Для улучшения устойчивости инженеры Citroen увеличили переднюю и заднюю колею на 30 мм, а благодаря спортивным укороченным пружинам клиренс DS3 Racing стал меньше на 15 мм.
Передний и задний бамперы Citroen DS3 Racing были несколько доработаны для улучшения аэродинамических свойств кузова. Выделять DS3 Racing из общего потока автомобилей будет оранжевая крыша, боковые зеркала и уникальные 18-дюймовые колесные диски.
В мире появится всего 1000 единиц Citroen DS3 Racing, которые начнут продаваться во второй половине 2010 года. Правда, Женевский автосалон может привлечь большое внимание к автомобилю, и тогда не исключено, что лимит увеличат.
