Вслед за Pirelli компания Bridgestone объявила о повышении цен на свою продукцию в странах Европы.
Обе компании в качестве причины указали рост стоимости сырья, в особенности, натурального каучука.
Джерри Даффи (Gerry Duffy), вице-президент по продажам и маркетингу европейского отделения Bridgestone заявил, что хотя компания предпринимала все возможные меры для компенсации роста цен на сырье, без повышения стоимости шин обойтись не удастся. Цены изменятся по-разному в зависимости от категории товара и рынка сбыта, но, скорее всего, цены вырастут на 3%-5%.
Напомним, что недавно Pirelli также объявила, что увеличит стоимость всех своих автомобильных, мотоциклетных и грузовых шин в Европе на 6%.
