Сегодня американский автомобилестроительный концерн General Motors объявил, что 24 марта в Шанхае впервые будет представлен новый «глобальный» городской концепт-кар под названием EN-V. Этот автомобиль разработан в сотрудничестве со стратегическим партнером GM из Китая – компанией SAIC (Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp. Group) и дебютирует на международном автосалоне, который пройдет в рамках Expo-2010 в Шанхае.
Как сообщается, на выставке две компании представят свое видение того, каким будет городское транспортное средство 2030 года. Название EN-V – сокращение от Electric Networked-Vehicle, то есть автомобиль с электромотором и информационными сетями. Согласно официальной информации, концепт «создан на основе нового автомобильного «генетического кода», в котором электрификация сочетается с коммуникационными технологиями».
