"АвтоВАЗ" завершит сокращение 30 тысяч сотрудников к 1 мая
«АвтоВАЗ» намерен сократить число сотрудников с 102 тысяч до 72 тысяч человек к 1 мая этого года, пишет газета «РБК Daily». Однако процесс осложняется нежеланием некоторых работников переходить в дочерние предприятия автопроизводителя — «АвтоВАЗ-перспектива» и «Реформинг-центр», созданных специально для сокращения штата компании.
По словам председателя официального профсоюза «АвтоВАЗа» Николая Карагина, в настоящее время свое нежелание переходить в дочерние структуры выразили 500-600 человек. 1 марта они получили уведомление с предупреждением, что в случае их дальнейшего несогласия в течение двух месяцев, они будут уволены. Однако Николай Карагин уверен, что рабочие осознают серьезность ситуации и до увольнения дело не дойдет.
Как рассказал газете председатель независимого профсоюза «Единство» Петр Золотарев, нежелание менять официальное место работы некоторых сотрудников вполне обосновано. Поскольку дочерние предприятия субсидируются из бюджета, работников могут в любой момент уволить по сокращению штата в случае приостановки финансирования. Кроме того, сотрудники «дочек» не имеют индивидуальных договоров и конкретного места работы, за которое они будут отвечать. По мнению Петра Золотарева, рано или поздно на заводе снова понадобится дополнительная рабочая сила, поэтому нет смысла переходить в дочерние предприятия.
«АвтоВАЗ» официально объявил о намерении снизить число работников завода еще в сентябре прошлого года. Тогда же профсоюзом предприятия были разработаны схемы, которые позволили бы сохранить работу 12 тысячам сотрудников. Им было предложено перейти в дочерние предприятия на контрактной основе. В круг обязанностей работников «дочек» входит подготовка старых цехов к установке оборудования и расчистка земельных участков для новых линий производства.
В начале этого месяца руководство «АвтоВАЗа» объявило о увеличении плана производства на апрель. За месяц компания намерена выпустить 42,7 тысячи автомобилей — на 2,4 тысячи больше, чем планировалось ранее. Наращивание производства связано с большим спросом на отечественные машины в рамках государственной программы по утилизации.
