Аппетиты китайской компании Geely растут. Автопроизводитель еще не завершил сделку по покупке Volvo, а уже обдумывает новое поглощение. Правда, на сей раз взор Geely упал не на Европу, а на родной Китай. Под прицелом находится небольшая компания Zhejiang Zhongyu, которая производит премиум-автомобили, основываясь на технологиях Daimler.
Производственные мощности и технологии своего младшего «коллеги» Geely использует для выпуска собственных моделей премиум-класса. Вероятно, китайский автопроизводитель собирается перенять опыт японцев, у которых люксовыми автомобилями занимаются отдельные бренды.
Что касается, Volvo, то эта сделка должна завершиться в недалеком будущем. Ранее концерн Ford, который ныне владеет шведским брендом, сообщал, что планирует подписать окончательное соглашение с Geely в первом полугодии текущего года.
