Двигатели соединены с шестискоростным вариантом tiptronic, но при оснащении новым восьмискоростным, значительно улучшается экономия топлива, приблизительно на 5%. Причем можно выбрать и ручное управление переключения передачи, используя «лепестки» на рулевом колесе.
Audi Q7 будет доступна в трех уровнях отделки салона – Standard, SE и S.
