"Группа ГАЗ" не принимала решения о прекращении выпуска Volga Siber
Президент ОАО «ГАЗ» Николай Пугин опроверг появлявшуюся ранее информацию о прекращении производства автомобилей Volga Siber. «Сегодня в рамках дискуссионного клуба, посвященного перспективам развития нижегородского автомобильного кластера, поднимался вопрос о планах производства легковых автомобилей Volga Siber. В январе–июне 2010 года «ГАЗ» планирует выпустить 2,5 тысячи автомобилей Volga Siber. Решение об остановке производства автомобилей Volga Siber «Группа ГАЗ» не принимала», — цитирует слова Пугина пресс-релиз, распространенный компанией в четверг.
Ранее агентство «Интерфакс» сообщило, что, по мнению Пугина, сборка «Сайберов» на конвейере Горьковского автозавода может завершиться уже в текущем году. Он также отметил, что даже в случае снятия этой модели с производства выпуск легковых автомобилей на предприятии будет продолжен. Пугин отметил, что сейчас компания ведет переговоры с инвесторами о начале сборки на мощностях «ГАЗа» другой машины, однако окончательная договоренность с ними по этому вопросу будет достигнута не ранее 2011 года.
По данным «Интерфакса», в начале текущего года у Горьковского автозавода было три тысячи машинокомплектов для сборки Volga Siber. В прошлом году на «ГАЗе» было выпущено 2,2 тысячи легковых машин.
